Mojito
Ingredients:
- Bacardi: 50 ml
- Fresh mint leaves: 10-12
- Lime juice: 25 ml (or 4 lime wedges)
- Sugar syrup: 15 ml (or 1-2 teaspoons of sugar)
- Soda water: 100 ml
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Lightly muddle the mint leaves and sugar (or syrup) in a glass.
2. Add lime juice or wedges and gently muddle again.
3. Add Bacardi and fill the glass with ice.
